This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites (including nobleandlee.com and go.nobleandlee.com, together the “Sites”), submit a form, book a demo, call our demonstration phone line, or use our services.

1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide directly
When you submit a form on our Sites, book a demo call, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Business name
- Your responses to intake questions (for example, approximately how many calls your business misses in a typical week, and what booking software you use)
- The contents of any messages, emails, or other communications you send us
b. Information collected automatically
When you visit our Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including:
- IP address
- Device type, operating system, and browser type
- Referral source (the website or advertisement that brought you to our Sites)
- Pages viewed, links clicked, forms interacted with, and time spent on pages
- Advertising campaign parameters (such as UTM parameters and Meta click identifiers like
fbclid), which may be stored temporarily in your browser’s session storage and associated with your form submission
c. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Meta Pixel cookies (including
_fbpand_fbc), which are set by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) and used to measure advertising effectiveness and associate site activity with Meta ad campaigns - Session storage, used to temporarily retain campaign parameters so they can be associated with a form submission
We do not currently use third-party analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) on our Sites. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy.
d. Demo line and AI agent interactions
Our Sites and advertisements may include a demonstration phone number that connects to our AI receptionist. If you call this number, your call will be recorded and transcribed. We collect the audio recording, a text transcript, your caller ID / phone number, and the content of your conversation (including any name, pet information, or booking details you provide during the demo). These recordings and transcripts are processed by our AI voice technology provider (see Section 4) and are used to demonstrate, operate, and improve our service. By continuing a call with our AI agent after any disclosure at the start of the call, or by knowingly calling a demonstration line, you consent to this recording.
2. Advertising and Measurement Technologies
a. Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel on our Sites. The Pixel allows Meta to collect information about your visit — such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, submitting a lead form or booking a demo), your device information, and cookie identifiers — and to link that activity to your Meta account if you have one. We use this data to measure the performance of our advertising, build advertising audiences, and deliver ads to people likely to be interested in our services.
b. Advanced Matching
We use Meta’s Advanced Matching feature. This means that when you submit a form, certain information you provide — such as your email address, phone number, and name — may be shared with Meta in a hashed (cryptographically scrambled) format. Meta uses this hashed data to match site activity to Meta accounts for ad measurement and targeting, and deletes hashed data that does not match an account.
c. Conversions API (server-side sharing)
In addition to the browser-based Pixel, we may send the same categories of event data to Meta through Meta’s Conversions API — a server-to-server connection. This may include hashed identifiers (email, phone number, name), IP address, browser information, and cookie identifiers, along with the event that occurred (such as a form submission or booking). Server-side events are deduplicated against browser events so that a single action is not counted twice.
d. Your choices about advertising data
See Section 8 (Your Privacy Rights) and Section 9 (Opt-Out Mechanisms) for how to opt out of targeted advertising.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule, confirm, and conduct demo calls and meetings
- Provide, operate, and manage our services for clients
- Send transactional communications, including appointment-related text messages and emails
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns
- Build and refine advertising audiences and deliver relevant ads
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Sites and services, including our AI agents
- Maintain records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
4. Third Parties That Receive or Process Information
We share personal information with the following categories of service providers and partners:
| Recipient | Role | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Advertising measurement and targeting (Pixel, Advanced Matching, Conversions API) | Site activity, event data, hashed email/phone/name, IP address, device/browser data, cookie IDs |
| GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) | CRM, calendar scheduling, email and SMS delivery, contact management | Name, email, phone, business name, form responses, booking details, communication history |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, DNS, and form-processing infrastructure | Form submission data in transit, IP address, request metadata |

| Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Inc.) | Processing client payments (applies to paying clients) | Name, email, billing details, payment card information (collected and stored by the processor, not by us) |
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect our rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected data unless you are notified otherwise).
Data we process on behalf of our clients
When a grooming business becomes a Noble & Lee client, our systems answer calls and messages from that business’s customers. In that context, we process the client’s customers’ information — such as caller names, phone numbers, pet details, appointment requests, call recordings, and transcripts — as a service provider acting on the client’s behalf. The client’s own privacy practices govern that data; individuals with questions about a grooming business’s handling of their information should contact that business directly. We use client-customer data only to provide the contracted services, to maintain and secure our systems, and as otherwise permitted by our agreement with the client.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
We send transactional and informational text messages only — specifically, messages related to appointments and demo calls you have requested, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and scheduling logistics. By providing your phone number in our booking flow, you consent to receive these appointment-related messages.
- Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
- We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not sell or share your SMS consent or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Email Communications
We may send you emails related to your inquiries, bookings, and our services. If we send marketing or newsletter-style emails, every such email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may still send you non-promotional, transactional emails (such as booking confirmations or service notices) after you unsubscribe from marketing.
7. “Sale” and “Sharing” of Personal Information Under State Law
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel, Advanced Matching, and the Conversions API involves disclosing personal information (such as identifiers, hashed contact information, and site activity) to Meta for cross-context behavioral / targeted advertising. Under some state privacy laws — including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) — this type of disclosure may be considered a “sale” of personal data or “sharing” for targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of this, as described below.
8. Your Privacy Rights
a. Texas residents (TDPSA)
If you are a Texas resident, you have the right to:
- Confirm and access — confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
- Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you
- Data portability — obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format
- Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects
How to exercise these rights: email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request,” call (737) 221-3536, or use any other reasonable method of contacting us. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, and may extend that period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension.
Verification: to protect your information, we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request — typically by confirming control of the email address or phone number associated with your records. We will not require you to create an account.
Right to appeal: if we decline to act on your request, we will inform you of the reason. You may appeal our decision by replying to our response or emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
b. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (as described in Section 7)
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring this right)
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 and disclosed them to the parties described in Section 4. The “sharing” described in Section 7 involves identifiers, internet activity, and commercial information disclosed to Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise these rights, use the contact methods in Section 8(a). You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization and verification of your identity. We will respond within the timelines required by California law (generally 45 days).
c. Other U.S. states
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising. We extend the request process in Section 8(a) to all such residents.
d. Visitors from the European Economic Area, UK, or other regions (GDPR)
Our services are designed for and directed to businesses in the United States, and we do not target or knowingly market to individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. If you nonetheless access our Sites from those regions, you may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are consent (for advertising cookies and communications), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (for bookings and service delivery), and legitimate interests (for site operation and security). You may exercise these rights using the contact methods in Section 8(a). To the extent consent is required for non-essential cookies in your jurisdiction, do not proceed on our Sites without accepting such technologies, and contact us with any questions.
9. Opt-Out Mechanisms
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message
- Marketing emails: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email[email protected]

- Any reasonable method: we will accept and act on opt-out and privacy requests made by any reasonable method of communication, including email, phone, or mail to the addresses above
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

When retention periods expire, we delete or de-identify the data.
11. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting data access to the two founders and authorized service providers, secrets management for system credentials, and reliance on established infrastructure providers with independent security programs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.
